There in the dark I will stay

There in the dark I will cry and cry till my tears get dry
Till my eyes get tired

I am no longer afraid from the dark
I am no longer afraid of the pain
Since my childhood
Only dark and tears
Only pain and sorrow were my friends
It is part of my disteny

There in the dark I shall find peace
I shall find a place were I can be free so no one can see

But still in the dark, I will be able to see the light
Yes... Even if it seems so so far away... some of it can reach to me
And I am so thankfull of that
And between my tears... And against the dark & my pains
I will remain smiling, hoping and dreaming
Because even in the dark... I still have some faith
