Beauty Sleep

Wake up with dark circles under your eyes?? Chance are you aren't getting enough sleep, to get the 8 hours of rest you require to wake up gorgeous & energized!! Try these 7 steps

The first step is to keep your sleeping space off limits to everything else (make it your snooze zone). Studying for your trig test or chatting with your friends on the phone in bed prevents you from scoring sweet dreams.

Second step make sure your bedroom is comfortably cool-about 68 degrees or lower. Warm temps because midnight sweats which can wake you up throughout the night. Noise can also stir you out of sound sleep. Try blocking out any racket with a blackout.


The third step is to do something relaxing, like giving your self a facial.


The fourth step is to take a warm bath before you jump into bed tugs the tension from your muscles so you can get some peaceful sleep.


The fifth step is to pamper you and treat tired limbs with a mini body massage. Slather a moisturizing lotion or massage oil on your body with long, firm strokes to help ease out muscles tension.


The sixth step is to sprits your pillows with a calming lavender-smelling pillow spray. The aroma helps your body relax and your brain slow down so you can drift into a sweet slumber.


The seventh step do you still have trouble sleeping?? Get out of bed and do something restful give your self a manicure, read or watch TV. Once your eyelids start to drop, roll back into bed.
