Go to http://www.creative.com/support

Click 'Downloads'

Select your region, country and language then press 'Go'

In the next page select 'MP3 Players' and 'ZEN' and 'ZEN MicroPhoto' then pres 'Next'

Select Language and Operating System then pres 'Go' and you will be directed to download page.
