This if for my friend, who confinded in me
and told me the story of a true friendship that has been lost

for you my friend, the story of my dream

Far across the silence
Deep within my thoughts
Where the music is raging
And the memories are alive
I can see you
Sitting there
In a corner of a dream
All the clouds float beside you
Like a painting from the past
You looked at me and smiled
Then you bent your body towards the ground
Your fist was closed tight
As it neared the wet soil
You opened it up and sighed
In it I saw
A little scarlet seed
You dug a hole and in it
You placed that little kernel
You looked up at me
And that was the begging of my fear

I watched that seed grow fast
Stretching itself upon my years
It reached all my ****ves
And messed all my dreams
It grew and grew until
I realized I couldn’t control its growth
I drank from the river
Which starts at its source
Its foliage lifted me up
Into a shiny sky
There was no one but us
You and I
A could came on by
It was very black
I shrieked and pulled you away
You pushed
You kicked
You ran away
You disappeared inside it
You never showed again

I waited and waited for long
For you to come my way
The tree was growing stronger
Every passing day
I saw myself grow older
But you never came

I screamed
I yelled
I tried to die
But nothing ever worked
I went to the tree you planted
And started to cut its leaves
But all I did was cut my heart
And injure my little fingers
I cried and cried
But you weren’t there
To make me feel ok

And that is when I realized
Your tree was meant to stay

It's absolutely amazing poem. I consider the loss of a friend is one the worest nigthmares ,one could face


Friendship is the pure flowing stream of continuous joy that we all love 2 obtain,
and whenever that river vanishes away from our life, we'd suffer the horrible pain of losing such purity

The consequences are tough
